June 2013 Half Way

Greetings!
It's June 2013 (in our country at least) and  I haven't posted for almost 2 years! Slack I know, but i have been busy!

Let me see, this is what I have been up to in a nutshell:

  • Jan  2010 - I flew to Gisborne to finish up some cultural mapping (significant sites | Waahi Tapu)
  • Feb 2010 - I flew to San Fran to train with Google Outreach - awesome training and holiday
  • March 2010 - In Christchurch - meetings with Tuwharetoa regarding their WAI claim
  • April - June - write up my dissertation (9 weeks to hand in!)
  • Aug - Sept Editing all the comments from both supervisors
  • December 2010 I handed in my Doctoral Dissertation to be marked DONE and DUSTED!
  • Jan - March I build affiliate websites (still waiting for dissertaton to come back)
  • May - dissertation comes back - it takes me a week to address small changes - DONE!
  • August 2011 I graduate! Awesome weekend!
  • Dec 2011 - I start working at Casino
  • Feb 2012 -- San Fran for another Google Conference
  • June NAISA in Connecticut - presentation; meet Renee
  • Nov - Sydney Google training
  • Nov - Apakura maps - start and finish up
  • Dec - Feb 2012 Te Rohe Potae maps (80 odd maps)
  • Feb|March 2013 ACE conference: keynote address went well!
  • March Hapu Maps proposal for WAI 575
  • April|May Taupo | Turangi working with LTFT and THF claim mapping
