My cousin Johnny and I were pondering one day about a lot of things & one of the things that popped up was the notion of how to get out of the RAT RACE! The idea is not a new one, but check out Robert Kiyosaki's (richdad.com) game CASH FLOW - AWESOME GAME and you will get an idea about what we mean.

We made a commitment to finding ways in which we could get out of the Rat Race so that we use the bulk of our day, week, month & year doing the things that were important to us. So, this meant that we needed a PASSIVE INCOME! This is exactly what interest is: it earns while you sleep 24/7! We needed to develop a passive income to take care of all our expenses & provide us with a lifestyle.

Now don't us wrong - there is nothing wrong with work & paying taxes - but we wanted to put our efforts into securing an income that will be automatic, an income that will take care of all our expenses & lifestyle and then allow us time to do things that matter to us. For us Passive Income = Financial Freedom & thats exactly what we wanted!

Why?: To create more time for ourselves so that we can do the things that matter!
